you'll get the hang of it, i promise. learning to keep your feelings in a seperate room, away from you, is tough at first. you may find yourself and your behavior unfamiliar and erratic, but know that it is working towards your mind being out of the woods - still lost, but in an open, empty field. you'll get the hang of it.
