i was just talking to some adult about the dynamic amongst people concerning sensitive things, you know what i'm talking about (i'd hope i wouldn't have to spell out to a teenager what kind of topics would be "sensitive"). she said "people are asses" and i smiled.

and now that a summer's gone by and i got, in a sense, the rest that i needed, i'm not enveloped by feelings for the cute boy. i can just enjoy him now, which is great. and he says "hi!", so good, right?! yes. ha...it's like having a crush on a barbie. i love that kid.

not in the place i was for the latter half of the week, at last. feeling especially nice after unearthing secret democrat (i don't feel as alone in that class now) and english was nice enough on friday to redeem itself and not be dreaded anymore. but english on thursday was majorly fucked up.

when people mishandle others in the realm of communication, of course things suck. like this:

the problem with normal sex is that it leads to kissing and pretty soon you've got to talk to them. once you know someone well the last thing you want to do is screw them.
