that would be fine if i had not done so terribly all that time. all that time until now, because i finally want something out of this, which, thankfully i can get all the more easily by staying away from academia for a while. a degree of any kind is not required for me to buckle down and work relentlessly and publish. that will be what does it. that will get me where i want to go.

tomorrow i'm going to the gym to get my membership re-happening and to get a hotly anticipated haircut. and maybe weasle break every rule by carole maso out of the pile of wrapped gifts. i want to read it so badly.
