he drove her to the lake so they could watch the full moon

currently listening to: "pretty babies" by karen elson

since the new york trip i've missed fervently the physicality of cds and records. when i went to new york the last time, when i was sixteen, i got tons of music - le tigre! - and it wasn't even on my radar this time. i downloaded karen elson's album today but i think i'll order the vinyl, because this is an ideal vinyl listen. i also absolutely must order amanda palmer's radiohead album and evelyn evelyn. i'll do that after philadelphia. i need to ask off work for that! agh!

i traded shifts with a girl this morning. i was excited by it. i've never had a good enough rapport with my coworkers or enjoyed a job enough to do that gleefully, but it's kind of a relief. i'd be opening alone that morning and i'm not too competant yet. but now i can wait and practice.

i have to go take the permit test again tomorrow. i tried today and failed! it wasn't hard at all, but there were a mess of ambiguously-worded questions about yellow lights. at least i can go back so fast. i'll get it.

if anybody should ask i'm going to a seminar

anybody can be just like me, obviously.
not too many can be like you, fortunately.
