once she & i were up and really bleary from all night, talking about "lost highway" and the charles manson vh1 special & watching "twisted sister: behind the music". it was morning and she was going home in a few hours. we sat side by side, against my dresser, and listened to each others' headsets. she listened to my favorite band, and i listened to her's.

(that was the most perfect moment i've ever shared with somebody)
