i'm feeling much better. i had an eruption of distress last night over a bad circumstance, but it was well settled with bedrest and star trek. it's kind of convoluted, but i'm okay now. and i overwhelmingly appreciate the help that i got with it.

sometimes i'm shaky. sometimes i need help. but regardless of this, i have to start writing better entries.
