i can finally access the internet from somewhere! my computer isn't ready yet, of course. ugh. i am extremely exhausted, but i wanted to do this, since i was tagged:

FOUR THINGS ABOUT ME THAT YOU MAY NOT HAVE KNOWN:
1] i have near clinical paranoia and am extremely distrustful, though it doesn't hinder me as much as it really could from being social and making friends. it just makes it kind of painful. having good friends is great compensation, of course.
2] i can only draw faces very well. i can only draw people at all. i barely register objects and landscapes.
3] i hate sleeping at night and prefer small naps during the day.
4] i have very stubborn distastes and prejudices against things i feel indicate unintelligence, like...certain accents. it's a very stupid bias, but it stubbornly remains.

FOUR JOBS I�VE HAD:
1] i've only really had the one - i was a POS girl at kohl's for two brutal years. that was supposed to be a summer job for the year 2005. ugh. i just quit last week.
2] i'm actually conspiring to get a job right here...in the library. though first i want to steady myself with school. i am, after all, prone to suck.
3] during my breaks at home i intend to work my delighted ass off at barnes & noble, which is supposed to go in right down the street from me. YESSS.
4] and someday...i would like to be a therapist. a sex therapist ("kari's going to school to be a sex therapist", "oh yeah, she'd need grad school for that", "well sex therapy with just an undergrad is a prostitute, so yeah, of course").

FOUR MOVIES I CAN WATCH OVER AND OVER AGAIN:
1] the shining (i think i watch this every other week)
2] batman begins (my roommate's all ready walked in on me watching this, and i'm afraid to watch it again so soon...BUT I WANT TO SO BAD - she's going home this weekend...)

4] sleeping or otherwise lounging inert in my bed, being contemplative. i spent almost all yesterday doing that. you know how when you close a laptop it goes into a "low power state" but remains on, so that when you go back to working it comes back on quickly? that's what i have to do with myself. low power state.
