it's one of those things that is so integral to my existence that it easily slips out of focus. david lynch's movies are the greatest. he is my favorite living director. it is a fact that is always with me, but yesterday i celebrated it. i curled up and watched "eraserhead" and "INLAND EMPIRE". there will be more of that tonight. it really reinvigorates my spirits. that man speaks my language.
