some badly needed black turtlenecks. replacement typewriter necklace (AT LONG LAST). new tights and heels. still forthcoming are new flats. all my shoes are depressing looking, old and unwearable. aaaggghhh.
i WILL have this "prufrock" paper finished before i go back to school! at least finished in the way of having all eight pages written! even if they must be rearranged and edited! JUST! FUCKING! WRITE IT!
i still have to do a ten page one on something else completely! and i've not been especially into a single idea i've come up with! i wanted to do a good, thorough analysis of a text but i don't have the time to do a good job on that - i think that i will just write one on john hawkes, because he intrigues me very much, and because he headed the literary arts program at brown from its creation until its death. but my professor has done a great deal of research on him and i'm sure is expecting a lot out of me. UGH. and it's all i have left to do! besides my final edit on my story! which i need to devote time to! it will all be DONE WITHIN THE WEEK. i have all my heavy shit out of the way! no more novels to read! no more lab quizzes! no more books to design! nothing! nada! BRING ON THE END! my last semester!
if anybody should ask i'm going to a seminar
